Shipping Policy

Every Caelume order is processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 days of being placed. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window for that item, and the same estimate appears at checkout.

Order changes

Need to change an address or cancel? Email support@caelumelighting.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before the order ships, but once it is on its way we are unable to redirect it.

Delays

Occasionally carriers run behind, especially around holidays. If your tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it down.

Lost or missing orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
