5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Weekend orders will ship the following business day.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
Some products may ship separately depending on supplier or warehouse availability.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them if you believe your package was stolen.

7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return/refund policy.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.
