This version of the Astra Wall Light wraps a spiralling metal band around frosted glass orbs, so the fixture has a twist of movement built into its profile. It is available in matte black for contrast or brushed gold for warmth, and in single or double globe models depending on how much wall you have to fill and how much light you want from it.
Light comes from built-in LEDs rather than replaceable bulbs, rated at 7W per globe, which means 7W for the single version and 14W for the double. The orbs are frosted, so the output is soft and even, and the fixture throws light both up and down the wall for a layered effect. Construction is metal and glass throughout, and it runs on a wide AC 85-265V input while drawing very little power.
The single model measures 10 cm across and 20 cm high, the double 10 by 26 cm, both slim enough for narrow hallways, bedside walls and the space beside a mirror. Because the LED is integrated, there is no bulb to replace. Mount it indoors on a dry interior wall and have a qualified electrician connect it. Wipe the glass and metal with a soft dry cloth once the power is off.
