Chico Colour Pendant Lamp

The Chico Pendant Lamp Collection is a family of small painted-metal pendants in soft, cheerful colours. Each shade keeps a rounded Scandinavian profile, so the shapes stay calm even when the palette does not, and ten colourways are offered so you can match a scheme or deliberately break it. Hung alone it is a quiet accent; hung in a group it becomes the feature of the room.

Light comes from a built-in LED in warm white, which keeps the colour of food and timber looking natural underneath and covers a lighting area of around ten to fifteen square metres. The metal shade directs the glow downward onto the surface below rather than scattering it across the ceiling, which is what makes these work so well over a table. The painted finish is even across the shade and easy to keep clean.

They belong over dining tables, kitchen islands, breakfast bars, cafe counters and studio desks, and the cord pendant mount makes it simple to set the drop height so the shade sits just above eye level when seated. The fitting is hardwired at AC 90-260 V and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Keep it indoors and away from steam-heavy positions, and clean the painted surface with a soft dry cloth only.
