Cleonice Travertine Pendant Light

The Cleonice Pendant Light is a small study in natural materials. Travertine stone, solid wood and frosted glass are stacked into a slim column that hangs with real architectural presence despite its modest size. The stone brings organic warmth and fine surface texture, the timber softens it, and the glass carries the light. Because travertine is quarried rather than made, each piece has its own markings, so the lamp arrives with a pattern nothing else will repeat.

The body pairs travertine and wood with a frosted glass diffuser that spreads a gentle, inviting glow rather than a hard beam. It runs a warm white G9 LED at 5 to 7W on a 220 to 240V supply and is not dimmable, so the output stays consistent. The fixture measures 11 cm across and 23 cm high, and the cord is adjustable up to 1.5 m, which makes it easy to set the right drop over a table or a counter.

Cleonice suits a dining room, a bedroom, a hallway or a studio, and it looks especially good hung in a row of two or three at staggered heights. It is a ceiling-mounted fixture and should be installed by a qualified electrician with the power isolated. Use it indoors in dry rooms, and cover a comfortable five to ten square metres per lamp. Dust the stone and wood with a dry, soft cloth and avoid damp cleaning or solvents.
