Cylinder Walnut and Brass Pendant Light

The Cylinder Pendant Light is a small, precise fixture built around Japanese-inspired restraint. A straight walnut cylinder is capped with brushed brass, so the piece carries natural grain and warm metal in equal measure without any decorative flourish. At 15 cm across and 20 cm tall it stays modest above a table or counter, and it looks equally considered hung alone or repeated in a row of two or three.

Light comes from an E27 LED lamp of around 5 W, diffused through an acrylic panel so the glow lands soft and focused rather than glaring. The fixture covers roughly 5 to 10 square metres of illumination, which makes it well suited to task and mood lighting rather than whole-room brightness. Construction combines H65 brass, walnut wood, rubber and acrylic, and it accepts an AC 111-240V supply. Warm light and white light options are both available.

It works above a dining table, along a kitchen island, over a bedside table or in an entryway where a compact hanging lamp is more graceful than a ceiling fitting. The cable adjusts between 1.2 and 1.5 m to suit your ceiling height, and both original and walnut finishes are offered at the 15 x 20 cm size. Install with the power off, or through a qualified electrician where required locally. Keep it indoors and dust the wood with a dry cloth.
