The Macaron Bauhaus Pendant Light pairs strict geometry with bold, cheerful colour. A smooth dome shade in a glossy enamel finish hangs from a slim cord, and the open underside keeps the shape light rather than heavy overhead. At 32 cm across and 22 cm tall it is large enough to anchor a table or a counter, and the two-tone construction lets you match or contrast the outer and inner colours.

Light spreads evenly out of the open shade, giving a warm, welcoming pool across the surface below rather than a narrow spot. The body is made from high-quality iron finished in glossy enamel, which keeps colour looking deep and stays easy to wipe clean. It takes an E27 bulb, supplied separately, so you can choose your own brightness and colour temperature, and it runs on an AC 110-120V supply.

It suits dining rooms, kitchens, breakfast bars, bedrooms and creative workspaces, and looks especially good hung in a run of two or three above a long table.
