Nordic Pumpkin Glass Wall Sconce

The Nordic Pumpkin Wall Lamp hangs a ribbed, pumpkin-shaped shade from a slim metal arm, pairing sculpted frosted glass with a glossy coloured body and a metallic collar. The shape is soft and seasonal without tipping into novelty, so it carries the character of a harvest motif into a room that is otherwise modern. Beige, green and red versions are offered.

The frosted glass shade diffuses the bulb into a gentle, contained light, so the fixture glows rather than dazzles, and the coloured resin body tints the surrounding surface slightly in the shade you choose. It takes a standard E27 bulb up to 60 W, not included, available in warm white for a cosier feel or cold white for a crisper one. Metal, coloured resin and glass make up the build.

With a lighting area of three to six square metres it is an accent rather than a main light, which makes it a natural fit beside a bed, along a hallway, over a reading chair or in a boutique interior. It projects 20 cm from the wall, so allow clearance when planning the position. The lamp is hardwired at AC 85-265 V and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Let the bulb cool before changing it and keep it to dry indoor rooms.
