Vintage Adjustable Wood and Metal Wall Sconce

This vintage-inspired wall sconce pairs a natural wood base with a slim metal lamp head, landing somewhere between workshop industrial and warm modern. The proportions are deliberately compact: a 10 centimetre base, two centimetres thick, with the lamp projecting just 9.5 centimetres from the wall. That slim reach makes it easy to place in tight spots where a larger fixture would crowd the space, and black or white finishes let it recede or stand out.

The lamp head rotates through 180 degrees, so the beam can be aimed down onto a book, up the wall for a softer bounce, or across a dining table. It uses a standard E27 holder with the bulb supplied separately, leaving the choice of warm, cool or smart bulbs to you. Iron and natural wood give the sconce a solid, hard-wearing feel, and the wide AC 90-260V range suits a lighting area of roughly one to seven square metres.
