The Wabi-Sabi Travertine and Wood Pendant Light is a small pendant with a large sense of material. Natural travertine stone and solid walnut are cut, ground and polished by hand, so the pitting and grain of each shade differ slightly from the next. That is the point: it follows the Japanese wabi-sabi idea that an imperfect surface is more interesting than a flawless one, and it brings a grounded, quiet presence to a room.
The narrow 6.5 cm shade concentrates light downward into a focused pool rather than scattering it, giving you a warm, low-glare glow over a bedside table, a counter or a dining setting. It stands 21 to 24 cm tall with a 10 cm canopy, and the cord adjusts between 150 and 170 cm to suit different ceiling heights. The fitting takes an E27 LED spotlight, and brown and wood finishes are offered.
Hang one over a bedside table, a reading corner or a run of kitchen bench, or group two or three along an island for rhythm. It suits bedrooms, hallways and hospitality spaces where a calm mood matters more than brightness. The pendant is hardwired for indoor use only and should be installed by a licensed electrician. Dust the stone with a dry soft cloth and avoid acidic cleaners, which can mark natural travertine.
